It is modern, and employs two burners and thus is clean and non polluting, It is cheap since it uses diesel fuel. Since it has two burners, higher temperatures are reached fast and thus cremation time is faster: for as little as 1 hour for small sized body. The older cremation machines which uses LPG takes 4 hours and is expensive.
Ours is affordable. Only P20,000 for direct cremation. And as little as P12,000 for indigent cases

New Life Techwin Diesel 1 Hour Cremation Machine
We are constructing in earnest (3 years in the making) the crematorium of Holy Gardens Pangasinan in San Carlos City, and Holy Gardens Greenhills in Calamba. The cremation machine of Pangasinan was delivered last October and the building is undergoing completion. Pangasinan was promised to be completed in December.
Cremation is on the way up 40% in MM and 51% abroad. Why? Because of economics. It is cheap. It is fast, it is convenient.

Funeral service P30,000
Tumba 5,000
Gastos sa apartment 15,000
Suma total 50,000
Kumpara sa interment sa memorial park - 80% cheaper
Memorial plot 50,000
Interment service 27,000
Funeral service 30,000
Suma total 107,000
2. Safer, healthier at favorable sa kalikasan
at paggastos

Finer points in cremation: urn, jewelry and keepsakes

There is much still be learned in cremation. First is the urn. The urns that we know are the basic urns: those made of marble. But there are other designs, the latest one being the organic ones where seeds of trees are allowed to grow (more in keeping with Buddhist idea of reincarnation, ie that your ash will reincarnate into a tree) and the tree will remind every one for the generations to come
Then there are namesakes/keepsakes to remember the deceased the ashes with certain momentoes. Further research and study has to be made here.
The most familiar to every one are the cremation jewelry: like pendants, rings which contain some portions of the ash. Where ever you go, the loved ones remembrance goes with you. Some ash are incorporated into making grown or artificial diamonds and the ash of loved ones has become a permanent part of jewelry.
We used to have 100 pcs of urns from a an urn developer but since we did not yet have a crematorium then, the sale never took up.
We have to have great display of urns made of glass for the customers to see and appreciate and choose from

Cremation is a process of disposal of the remains of the dearly departed beloved using high temperature of 1000 degrees Fahrenheit or more. The ash remains are called cremains. After burning there are solids and has to be ground using a souped up blender called cremulator. The ash remains which are gathered after one hour and placed in an urn - marble and there are other options is called inurment
The crude cremation involved burning the body in a pyre (wood fire) as is still being practiced in India. It was the early method of cremation
Then you have cremation inside a chamber using coal, wood, and other fuel
Then the modern ones used LPG. The crematorium machine that comes from US uses LPG and takes about 4 hours to complete, and 1 hour to cool down. Maintenance is expensive and takes a long time because the technicians have to be flown in from USA and have to be wined, dined and lodged in a hotel.
However the latest ones use diesel and two burners for higher temperature and minute or 0 pollution. Our machine which comes from Korea New Life Techwin takes only one hour to cremate a 100 lbs body and 60 liters of fuel - diesel. Two burners are used. Hence this machine is more productive and can process up to 8 bodies in one shift. Their machine is cheap and affordable to operate.
New Life owner, being an astute businessman has gone into cremation business on his own operating 14 or even more on his own country wide
Bone cremation, exhumed bodies, and that of infant takes a little over half hour to complete

Welcome to the Holy Gardens Cremation site
The affordable way to die
Welcome to this new site as we prepare to offer affordable cremation service in San Carlos City and Calamba City. Cremation is on the uptick at around 50% at USA and MM because:
1. It is affordable
2. Convenient
3. Saves land
4. Convenient
In the US according to a friend whose daughter was murdered by a drug addict said, it is no longer a question of burial or interment, but how the ashes shall be be apportioned among the children, parents and in laws.
In the Philippines, cremation is the answer to the expensive way of dying. A regular plot, funeral service and interment service will set you back by almost a P100,000. A body crypt, (apartment type) in municipal and Catholic cemetery will be setting back the family by P50,000. Thus it is 80% cheaper compared to a memorial park interment, and 60% cheaper compared to apartment type of interment.
It is the prediction of this author that:
1. There will be a shortage of plots because of escalating cost of land, escalating cost of regulations and representation to get a memorial park approval. It is estimated by this author that memorial park development vs death rate is outstripped 10 is to 1. With the shortage comes higher price of memorial park plots. In 3 of the 7 memorial park projects we have our intventories are only 20%
2, The situation is as bad for LGUs. They do not have the land nor the capacity to purchase raw land
for cemeteries.
Bone cremation of exhumed bodies will free more apartments for those who are in need
