2.  Incentives (for sellers)

    NCR of  P10,000 submitted for the month    +   1% of Total Sales for Sales Exec

   NCR for P100,000 from a sales agency for the month  +  P2% of Total Sales Amount

 3.   Bulk sales (isang bagsakan from isang grupo)   of at least 20:  units 

             Cash     P30,000- x 20   =   P600,000  =      P10,000

4.   Office sales  (walang naghahabol, at real office sales talaga)

   at least P20,000 NCR inclusive of  CMCS

      *Fuel Surcharge:

                In view of fluctuating fuel prices, this is being charged.   The price is based
                on average fuel consumption of 60 liters of diesel at P30.00/liter.  At current
                diesel price of P52.00, the surcharge is  P22.00 x60   =  P1,320.00

Ano ang mga benepisyo/bentaje ng paggamit ng cremation sa paglisan ng mahal sa buhay.

1.  Una, economical, mura at kaya ng lahat:

    Sa P20,000* direct cremation na may kasamang nang urn, ito ay 60% na mas mura  sa karaniwang
    paglilibing sa municipal o catholic cemetery:

2.   Safer, healthier at favorable sa kalikasan

      1. Sa direct cremation, walang embalming walang formalyn na maaring sumama sa aquifer na
          source ng contamination.  Ang formalyn sa water supply ay carcinogenic  (pinagmumulan ng
          cancer

      2.  Kung may bacteria virus at iba pang nakakahawang sakit ang yumao ito ay mawawala sa taas ng
          temparatura ng cremation machine (1000 degrees + Fahrenheit)

      3.  Walang leachate na nakakadiri na aagos mula sa apartment. Ito ay hindi maiiwasan sa apartment
            kasi ang mga apartment ay pumuputok dahil sa build up ng nitrogen mula sa nabubulok na katawan
            ng tao


3.  Nakakatipid ng lupa na dapat ginagamit sa agricultura at food production

     Ang mga memorial park ay kumakain ng malalaking lupain na umaabot sa mga ekta ektarya.  Kaya nga
     mahaba at matagal ang pag aprub ng memorial park at mga isang dosenang ahensiya ang pagdadaan
     payagan ang memorial park.

    Sapagkat ang memorial park ay mababawas sa food production at food security.   At ang mga katabi
    nito ay hindi na magagamit sa ibang project dahil sa mga bad feng shui umano ng establisyemento na tabi
    ng sementeryo
