A tour of Modern Cremation Machines

The affordable way to depart
#Memorial Experts

Cremation is a process of disposal of the remains of the dearly departed beloved using high temperature of 1000 degrees Fahrenheit or more.  The ash remains are called cremains.  After burning there are solids and has to be ground using a souped up blender called cremulator.   The ash remains which are gathered after one hour and placed in an urn -  marble and there are other options is called inurment

The crude cremation involved burning the body in a pyre (wood fire) as is still being practiced in India. It was the early method of cremation

Then you have cremation inside a chamber using coal,  wood, and other fuel

Then the  modern ones used LPG.  The crematorium machine that comes from US uses LPG and takes about 4 hours to complete, and 1 hour to cool down.  Maintenance is expensive and takes a long time because  the technicians have to be flown in from USA and have to be wined, dined and lodged in a hotel.

However the latest ones use diesel and two burners for higher temperature and minute or 0 pollution. Our machine which comes from Korea  New Life Techwin takes only one hour to cremate a 100 lbs body and 60 liters of fuel -  diesel.  Two burners are used.  Hence this machine is more productive and can process up to 8 bodies in one shift.    Their machine is cheap and affordable to operate.

New Life owner, being an astute businessman has gone into cremation business on his own operating 14 or even more on his own country wide

Bone cremation, exhumed bodies, and that of infant takes a little over half hour to complete
